Gary Loughlin been in the real estate industry for 24 years, with 21 years experience as a broker and 19 years as a sales manager. He was also in the construction industry for 12 years. He has been a successful turnaround specialist for a national real estate company, making 2 offices profitable within the first year of operation. He has trained numerous associates currently affiliated with the Sarasota Association of Realtors and is one of the original developers of the Realtor-Builder Accord for the Sarasota Association of Realtors.
