Simon Bacon is the Executive Director of the Developer Services division at Michael Saunders & Company. Since joining the company in this role in 2021, he and his team have successfully sold out The Residences at The St. Regis, Longboat Key; launched The Residences at 400 Central in St Petersburg, which is the tallest residential building on the west coast of Florida at 46 stories with 301 condominiums; and are changing the landscape of downtown Sarasota on Main Street with a boutique condominium and hotel offering, amongst other developments.

In his role, Simon leads the department's day-to-day business and strategic direction while maintaining a central role in product planning, sales strategy, and sales team management. He is a passionate believer in creating a strong team environment to support the success of the developments the company represents, in addition to the sales teams to ensure maximum ROI for clients at the industry’s highest standards.

Before joining Michael Saunders & Company, Simon had accumulated over 15 years of brokerage and new development management experience within national and internationally recognized firms in New York City. His career began in commercial real estate, providing him with a strong understanding of deal structuring across a broad base of commercial transactions. Before moving to Florida, Simon was a Senior Vice President at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing in their New York City headquarters for almost ten years. In that role, he managed sales and marketing strategy, strategic product planning, branding, and the implementation and execution of the sales and marketing operations. His portfolio of development projects spans Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island for some acclaimed developers, including Silverstein Properties, RXR Realty, SL Green, Property Markets Group, Tavros Capital, and JDS Development, among others.
