To B.J. Ratigan, Thank you for getting my house sold for me. The last real estate (broker) I had was trying to sell it for 14 months. She did not know what she was doing. Everything she said sounded good, but there was no showings, or very little. The best thing that you did was raise the price that we were selling for.
