To B.J. Ratigan, Thank you for getting my house sold for me. The last real estate (broker) I had was trying to sell it for 14 months. She did not know what she was doing. Coming from France we appreciated this area, and thought that if there is a good opportunity, we would buy in Sarasota. We got in touch with B.J.
