Michael was at the desk in your Main Street offices when we stopped by the make some initial inquiries about finding a condo downtown. He noted down our preferences and very soon thereafter began sending listings of properties that met our requirements. He was efficient in setting up showings and he was patient and supportive as we attempted to assess the pluses and minuses which would figure in our final decision. Michael was always quite pleasant and accommodating during the process of making that decision. When we did, documents were filed in a timely fashion, and our closing was scheduled in accordance with our preferences. We feel quite fortunate to have met Michael that first Saturday and to have had him as our agent from then until we closed.

After contacting several RE agents in the Sarasota area (none of which were working out), we contacted Michael James, whom we had read about from a Top Agents website. The first thing Michael did was call to discuss exactly what our wants and needs are, then he set up a portal to provide us with daily updates of available properties within the potential areas we wanted to buy.
