He also enjoys the thrill of collaborating with his customers, navigating the Sarasota market on their behalf with care and precision.

As a business owner, florist and event planner/designer for three decades, Wayne is skilled at working with people as they strategize moments both practical and emotional. He also has a passion for architecture and design, training at The Boston Architectural Center in interior design. He worked for Melrose International where he was part of a design team that traveled around the country seasonally, setting permanent showrooms in major wholesale markets including Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, and Las Vegas.

Real estate became a natural progression for Wayne, combining his love for architecture and Sarasota with all the city has to offer and its forward-thinking growth. “I can’t help but want to be a part of it.”

Wayne was raised in Put-In-Bay, OH and lived in both Boston and Sandusky, OH. He is married to Philip Pisano, who is also a Realtor® with Michael Saunders & Company. Beyond real estate, Wayne appreciates good food, lots of traveling, and lots of dogs.
