We weren’t sure we even wanted to buy a home. Izzy took the time to meet with us to understand our thinking and get a clearer picture of what we might be interested in , if we were to purchase. Izzy never put any pressure on us but instead reassured us it might take years, but she would be there to assist us. Izzy is incredibly intuitive, she quickly understood my wife and I didn’t want to look at any properties that didn’t met our exact requirements. She didn’t waste our time nor hers trying to show us anything and everything. Instead, she showed us some properties that matched our requirements on-line, at first. We responded quickly and then met on-site to review 4 homes on a Tuesday afternoon and one on Wednesday. By Friday that week, we had signed a purchase agreement for that 5th house we saw. That is incredibly efficient and very focused, especially when we weren’t really sure about buying. Throughout the entire buying experience, Izzy took direction from us and worked to get us the answers we needed. Not being from the area, she helped with a Title Company, insurance broker and an interior designer. She also provided references to other suppliers we would need after we settled. She followed up with the selling agent frequently and was “on top” of all details in the 45 days up to settlement. She took us to the house frequently for family members to see, designers to review rooms and painters, carpenters and closet installers to get a jump on things. Izzy is the ultimate customer service professional. Focused, looking out for our interests, answered hundreds of questions, pushed back on me when I was trying to do something incorrectly. She is the best agent we have worked with in our 40+ years of buying and selling houses. We love her personality and her charisma. Perhaps the best way to show our appreciation to her, is that we have introduced others going through the buying process to her and always have started the conversation by saying “she’s the best agent we’ve ever worked with”.

And then Izzy led us through the sale with ease and confidence. I also appreciated that she lives in Lakewood Ranch so can speak with authority on the area. 5 Stars. Izzy has been an excellent resource for our real estate needs as she provided us with many alternatives for our Florida vacation home. Working collaboratively, Izzy provided the information we needed to consider a used home versus seek an all new home purchase. Along the way, Izzy’s warm personality helped us focus in key neighborhoods, golfing communities and evaluate rental and re-sale forecasts. We never felt pressured along the way and quickly became very good friends as well. By Christmas ‘21, we purchased our new home in Lakewood National Country Club and Izzy helped us through the construction process since we live full time in Michigan. She was amazing throughout the entire process and I highly recommend her as your real estate partner.
