John really took a personal interest in helping us find the house that was right for us. We were buying in a tight market, and he navigated us trough offer, strategizing us to make our offer as competitive as possible. His knowledge of the local real estate market is extraordinary - deep and broad. He was extremely prompt when we asked him for anything, whether showing a home, requesting information, or his opinion. John frequently helped us clarify our options, but he never pressured us in any direction. We always felt that we made good decision and that John was our knowledgeable, helpful and efficient agent.

John priced our home exactly where it should be and it sold in two days. He called us several times during those two days to check on our well-being and to keep us updated on developments. I have to say John Ludden is the second-best realtor my wife and I have ever met. My wife too is a realtor so that’s why John is second 😊. John is a fantastic guy, very professional, and worked very hard to get us the best deal for my uncle's house. We enjoyed working with him so much we have decided to purchase a home in Punta Gorda and John has been looking for one for us. We would have loved to buy my uncle's house but it was a little out of our price range and it would have been too emotional for us to live there. Thank you for all your company does.
