We hired Pam Sweeney back in January to sell a villa that we inherited after the death of my father. We knew it would take a while to sell but finally did near the end of the contract. We could not have asked for a better representative. We live in North Carolina so made two or three trips down during the period the villa was on the market. She went above and beyond taking care of our property. She ensured it stayed clean, worked with suppliers if there were any issues inside the home and pulled weeds. Extremely professional and always felt she was protecting our interests. If in the area to look for property in Sarasota, we would not hesitate to look for her services.

I met Pamela via email/telephone over a year ago while still in Connecticut with my mother. We were trying to pull together my home of 20 years to put on the market. Fast forward, by September 2018, we were renting in Ellenton and vigorously pounding on doors with Pamela. Pamela Sweeney’s work ethic is tireless and upbeat, no question! No matter what we threw at her (and there was a lot), she responded in kind with compassion, knowledge, and understanding—truly a dedicated professional. Her experience in real estate and the Sarasota-Bradenton area shined through as did her enthusiasm and love of the area. It is easy to see that she enjoys working with people and does not readily become frustrated by their ‘baggage’—good thing because we came with a lot! During our time with Pamela, she not only extended herself as a professional but as a friend. We will be forever grateful to her for helping us to make this enormously stressful change in our lives. In November, I closed on my home and my 86 yo mother closed on her home in December 2018. We are still figuring things out, but with each day we are learning new things.

I was very pleased to meet Pam Sweeney, my Realtor to by. She was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend her. In fact, I already have! She was able to put up with my first time home selling jitters. She walked me through the process. I was able to understand the ins and outs of selling my home. We had a few good laughs too. She made a statement that I would not have my home in October. Well, my home sold on the last day of September! She was right. I will always remember that with a chuckle. She was there when everything had to be taken care of when I was at work. So once again, thank you for helping me sell my home. I felt confident in my Realtor and she made it a breeze.
