I called to inquire about a property near IMG; Adam Cuffaro answered the phone and that proved to be our lucky day. We met and instantly could sense that he was a friendly, warm, pressure free agent. He immediately set up condo viewings. Our daily visits were akin to visiting condos with a family member who had all the information relating to the condos. He was able to work with us as well as distantly located lawyers and finance people to bring our selection to a speedy conclusion. After our experience, my wife and I feel as though we gained a new member of our family.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam on selling my mother's condo, and I do not live in FL. Unfortunately, during the selling process we discovered there was work that needed done on the condo in order to sell it. I did not know how I was going to get the work done because I was not there to let all of the contractors into the unit. Adam told me not to worry, he would take care of everything and he did. He even helped coordinate many of the service calls that had to be made. After the work was completed, he got the condo sold and closed within 10 days. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
