We had a great experience working with Adrienne and Bill on a condo purchase on Long Boat Key. We came in from out of town, so had a very limited amount of time to look. Prior to our visit we communicated by email to establish what our wants/needs in a property were. Adrienne followed up quickly with well categorized groupings of properties, which we narrowed down, and she then organized into a schedule we could manage in the time available. While viewing properties she and Bill were helpful but not intrusive, answering our questions on the spot, or in follow up.
