Raised in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, Alexander grew up immersed in his family’s third-generation construction and development business, gaining firsthand exposure to ground-up development, general contracting, public-sector projects, and long-term property ownership. This background shaped his approach to real estate, emphasizing thorough due diligence, financial accountability, and a clear understanding of each property’s potential. With one year of real estate experience, he brings a fresh perspective informed by a lifelong familiarity with the construction and investment industries.
Currently pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship, Alexander applies this business-focused knowledge to evaluate investment opportunities, analyze financial performance, and identify properties that align with his clients’ long-term objectives. Guided by the core values of integrity, hard work, and accountability, he prioritizes clear communication, realistic expectations, and dependable service. His goal is to help clients make informed decisions and navigate each transaction with confidence.
Now residing in downtown Tampa, Alexander enjoys the area's vibrant dining scene, nightlife, and professional opportunities. Outside of real estate, he is passionate about drag racing and has a longstanding love of snowmobiling in the mountains of the western United States and Canada. He also enjoys spending time on the water and exploring Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast.
