Ann Martin accomplished a sale of my home so fast. She was able to work with the buyer to keep four light fixtures from the sale and also to allow me to live in the home until the end of the year. In my book, Ann is the best.

AMAZING!!! Ann was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Very professional and helped with every facet of the sales process. I'm in my 60's and have purchased more than 12 personal residences in my life. Ann was actually the listing agent and I was definitely not going to pay quite what the seller was asking and she was able to work with that person and myself to get the job done and myself and the seller ended up winning!
