What sets Bambi apart from other agents we’ve worked with is the personal involvement with both the buyer and the seller. I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding job Bambi Utton did on the recent sale of my Dad’s house in Venice, Florida. I live the in Orlando area. After the death of my Dad’s wife last December we moved my Dad to an Assisted Living Facility near my home to allow my brother and I to visit him frequently. Since it was very difficult for me to travel to Venice to check on the home, Bambi went above and beyond to make sure the house was safe and secure. She arranged on several occasions to have workers repair and install things and even helped fill the pool once when it got too low for the pump to safely run. She was very helpful with advice and very patient when two offers fell through. I don’t know what I would have done without her.

Bambi Utton was very helpful and knowledgeable with respect to Plantation GCC properties. My wife and I are now neighbors with the Utton’s. We look forward to moving to our new home next month and beginning our new adventure at PGCC.

My wife and I have been dealing with Bambi Utton of your Plantation office in Venice since 2015. She acted as our agent in the sale of our villa in Plantation and the purchase of a home in Venice Golf & CC.
