Beverly St. Hilaire brings a unique set of skills to her real estate expertise as a published, licensed interior designer. After practicing interior design for over 18 years in California, Beverly relocated from Los Angeles to Longboat Key with her film cinematographer husband in 2005. For several years after, she worked as a senior designer and project manager in hospitality design for prominent architecture firms in Florida and Virginia. However, her passion for beautiful homes and real estate steered her in an alternate direction, and for over a decade, Beverly has been a realtor with Michael Saunders & Company.

Beverly holds professional status in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), is certified with the Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ) and is a licensed interior designer in Florida. As a Realtor®, she holds the GRI Certification and is a Five-Star Best in Customer Satisfaction Award recipient.

A LEED® ACCREDITED PROFESSIONAL, Beverly offers valuable knowledge to real estate clients who may be interested in green or sustainable construction and practices.
