Since we spent much of our time out of state, we appreciated that B.J. was able to accomplish the listing paperwork and the closing through email and telephone contact. To B.J. Ratigan, Thank you for getting my house sold for me. The last real estate (broker) I had was trying to sell it for 14 months. She did not know what she was doing. Everything she said sounded good, but there was no showings, or very little. The best thing that you did was raise the price that we were selling for. I think that we will have a hard time selling but you had many showings and you made the sale in 3 weeks. My friend said that this deal will fall apart but it did not.
