Originally from the Jackson, Michigan area, Peggy Wellman has been a real estate professional for 30 years and an agent in the Sarasota market for 28. Serving residential and commercial real estate needs from Ellenton to Englewood, she prides herself on being a relocation specialist and a consistent top producer. A licensed Broker-Associate, Peggy formerly managed four real estate offices and the activities of over 75 agents, and is e-PRO certified through the National Association of REALTORS®. Peggy attended Central Michigan University, in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, and is an auxiliary member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
A native of Toronto, Ontario, Robert “Bob” Moffatt also joins Michael Saunders & Company from Prudential Palms Realty, where he was ranked among the top 3% of all Prudential agents nationwide, and earned the Chairman’s Gold Award and the Legend’s Award in recognition of his top performance. A specialist in selling residential, commercial and investment properties, Bob has professional training in facilitating short sale and REO (bank-owned) properties. Prior to entering the real estate business, he was sales manager for a major food company and the owner-manager of a fast food company.
Also a native of Jackson, Michigan, Linda M. Page has been a real estate agent for 40 years and has been recognized for her “emeritus” status by the Sarasota Association of REALTORS. Prior to moving to Florida, Linda was the owner-broker of a Real Estate One franchise, and before that of her own real estate company, Page Realty, both in Clare County, Michigan. Linda has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), designations awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® upon completion of required courses. She is a member of the Sarasota chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Toastmasters Club. Linda is also an active member of the Venice Yacht Club.
