As director of marketing and business development for a local luxury home-building company the past three years, Brittany Perrone gained key insights into high-end home construction as well as how to locate and bring the right parties together at the right time. With plans to specialize in new waterfront construction, that experience will help her effectively market and sell luxury properties to discerning buyers.
Brittany said she chose to affiliate with Michael Saunders & Company because it’s local, feels like a close-knit family and has deep roots in our community, and is excited to be working with the Kim Ogilvie Group at the company’s Main Street office.

Prior to working in the home-building industry, Brittany spent several years as a program and project manager for Salesforce. She also earned an MBA in marketing from the University of Tampa and a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation, which will bolster her market analysis, strategic marketing planning and business development strategy skills.

Brittany’s meticulous attention to detail, professional communication skills and track record of consistently delivering results, as well as her ability to collaborate, will benefit her clients. Her objective is to provide successful real estate experiences that prioritize her clients’ needs, “allowing them to sit back, relax and see their goals realized, knowing they have felt heard, cared for and supported even post sale.”

Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Brittany has lived in south Sarasota since 2018. She and her husband, Ryan Perrone, volunteer at Architecture Sarasota’s annual MOD Weekend because they “feel a profound responsibility to preserve our beautiful Sarasota landscape and its history, and Architecture Sarasota is such a huge part of this preservation and celebration of beautiful architecture in our city.” Over the years, Brittany has received multiple accolades for giving back to her community, including Salesforce Foundation Champion (volunteering over 40 hours a year), Miss Florida Community Service Award, Miss Indiana Children’s Miracle Network Fundraising Award and Dr. Eusegi Community Service Award.

The mother of two young sons, Luca and Nico, Brittany relishes living in a walkable family-friendly neighborhood in a central location near the beach and downtown and is thrilled her children can play outdoors year-round. She and her husband enjoy taking their boys to Sarasota’s local treasures, including Mote Marine, The Ringling, Selby Gardens and Historic Spanish Point, and seeing live shows at the Van Wezel and Asolo theaters. Brittany is also a yoga enthusiast and loves to travel, having volunteered in Cuba, Haiti, India and Guatemala. In the summer of 2023, she and her family spent six weeks exploring Europe.
