A resident of Venice for over nineteen years, she entered the real estate industry in 2014 following a career in corporate sales and customer service. As a Realtor®, she’s known for excellent communication, follow through, tenacity, empathy, and honesty.

Carol has been fortunate to lead a colorful life. Born in New Jersey, she moved to Santa Cruz, CA in 1979 to pursue a career in corporate sales. Eventually, on a tip from a computer tech in Silicon Valley, she pioneered the nuevo idea of working from home. Then, at a time when going online involved listening to the sound of a dial up modem, Carol blazed a trail as she lead a team to develop an original mail order website. Beyond her career-oriented skills in negotiation and customer service, Carol boldly faces each challenge, never settles for a “no”, and loves to innovate, create, and collaborate. She even applied those traits as she established her own flower business, living abroad in Sydney, Australia for three years.

Carol’s husband, Peter is a full-time music teacher at a public school and a professional classical guitarist. Her son attended Ringling College of Art and Design and majored in computer animation. An enthusiastic member, Carol loves the flowers and fragrances of Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. She also loves cooking, gift giving, and essentially anything that makes people smile.
