My husband and I recently worked with Cathy and purchased a winter home at 4049 Wildgrass Place in Parrish. We first contacted Cathy last February while we were renting in the Bradenton area. Just wanted to take a moment and let you know what an absolute pleasure it has been to work with Cathy over the past year while we looked to find our first Florida Home. Karen and I have been feeding information back and forth to Cathy while she sends us feedback. We finally got our home sold in August and were able to go into full pursuit mode with Cathy. Cathy helped us navigate thru the list of homes and when it was all done, we settled on what we both think was an excellent choice in Tara Preserve. Cathy was so professional about everything and we consider her now more than just a real-estate agent.
