Our main contact, of course, was with our realtor, Charlie O’Donnell, who was reassuring every step of the way. He kept us fully informed every step of the way - making sure all deadlines were met, inspections and closings were scheduled in a timely fashion and just being a nice guy who was happy to help all along the way. In the purchase phase, Charlie found us our new home within a week and we closed on schedule within 60 days.
