Cheri lives in Bradenton with her husband, Gary, the chef and owner of Brine Seafood & Raw Bar, her daughter, Ariana, and their two dogs, Mad Max and Viejo. Known among friends and clients for being organized, direct, and deeply driven, she’s the person people turn to when they need honest guidance, clarity, or something handled with precision. Her energy is contagious, and her passion shows up in everything she does.

With a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a concentration in Public Relations, Cheri communicates with purpose and listens with intention. As the first in her family to complete both high school and college, she built her career on resilience, creativity, and a strong belief in authenticity. Real estate became the path that offered her both freedom and fulfillment—an opportunity to be present for her daughter, support her family, and build something on her own terms.

Cheri specializes in relocation, development and land, and second-home buyers. She approaches each client as a unique individual, not a transaction—listening closely, guiding honestly, and advocating fiercely. Direct yet supportive, she makes complex decisions feel clearer and the process feel easier, absorbing stress so her clients don’t have to.

Cher’s work is grounded in her core values of honesty, loyalty, and gratitude. These values also drive her commitment to the community, where she actively supports cancer-related causes, autism advocacy, and programs for underprivileged youth—initiatives that reflect her own lived experiences and the people who shaped her.

Over the years, she has earned multiple sales recognitions, served three consecutive years on the Agent Leadership Council, and received awards throughout both her real estate career and earlier professional roles. Each reflects her leadership, consistency, and dedication to elevating those around her.
