Her professional career began at age 16 in the insurance industry, where she developed the communication, patience and client-focused approach that continue to serve her well in real estate.
Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Cherry moved to Florida approximately 15 years ago and has called several Gulf Coast communities home, including Venice, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach and, for the past four years, St. Petersburg. She has developed a deep appreciation for the lifestyle that drew her to Florida in the first place: beautiful beaches, sparkling waters and vibrant communities. She especially enjoys spending time in downtown St. Petersburg and along the waterfront, and is an avid amateur billiards player.
Cherry believes a successful real estate experience begins with truly listening to clients and understanding what matters most to them. Known for being responsive, patient, hardworking and trustworthy, she takes pride in being a woman of her word and remaining dedicated to her clients throughout every step of the process. She considers every transaction memorable, but finds particular joy in handing a first-time homebuyer the keys to their new home.
Outside of real estate, Cherry is passionate about giving back to her community. She is involved with the American Legion Auxiliary and serves as a representative for Johns Hopkins All Children's, with a special interest in supporting young children and helping meet their needs.
As a married mother of three grown children and grandmother of four, Cherry understands that a home is much more than a property. It is where families build memories, celebrate milestones and create the next chapter of their lives.
