With over 25 years of military leadership and 3+ years in real estate, Dennis Derwacter brings unmatched dedication, discipline, and integrity to every transaction. A retired Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, Dennis served in leadership roles across human resources, security forces, and IT—developing the communication and organizational skills that now help him guide clients through buying and selling with confidence.

Dennis holds degrees in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology—giving him a strong foundation for understanding client needs and building lasting relationships.

Now based in Port Charlotte, Dennis lives with his wife, Carrie, and daughter, Eliana, while staying connected with his older children—Brittany in Texas and Adam, a U.S. Navy Corpsman. He's also a proud dog dad to Bear, Nala, and Ginger.

Dennis specializes in relocation, new construction, and waterfront homes across the Suncoast. Known for being a straight-shooter with a heart for service, he focuses on clear communication, strong follow-up, and putting his clients first. He’s a recipient of multiple real estate awards and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), reflecting his commitment to excellence.

Outside of real estate, Dennis enjoys woodworking, cooking, sports, and volunteering with organizations supporting veterans, including Tunnel to Towers and the Wounded Warrior Program.
