Christy is an amazing advocate for her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure the daunting process of buying a home goes as smoothly as possible. She works tirelessly to follow up on any and all outstanding items after the purchase as well. Throughout my professional career, I have relocated 14 times (7 with a family); to say the moves are somewhat stressful is an understatement. Christy understands this and covers all bases to ensure a positive experience. As a repeat customer (Christy was our agent when we moved into the Sarasota area in 2012), I can honestly say that Christy is more than an agent; she is a true friend.

We had rented a condo in Sarasota some years ago and two days before going home, we met Christy in the lobby of our building, showing a unit . She gave a short assessment of the Sarasota market, pricewise and availability. She was was free the next day and we were ready for a tour. I think we saw about 30 condos, mostly on the keys but als around the city. We were dead tired, it was 4.30 and wanted to go home. She absolutely insisted that there is one more unit to look at. From the explicit detail of the staging of the home to the orderly management of the prospective buyers, what we apprehensively feared before hand was actually an exciting and satisfying experience. We were blessed and fortunate that there was no shortage of interest in our home, which Christy deserves most of the credit for the outstanding way she advised us how to get it prepared. Christy is the most professional, understanding, easy going realtor anyone could ever ask for. She is patient and responds to any questions you may have in an instant and will drop whatever she is doing to help. We've dealt with other agents that showed us a few properties, became impatient when we didn't purchase one of them and then proceeded to blow us off.
