For 30 years, Coreen has enjoyed being a resident of the Gulf Coast. She became a Realtor to help others achieve their real estate goals by asking the right questions and meeting their individual needs through her attention to detail. These traits come from her past experience with the Socratic teaching style, where there is no one shoe that fits all.

By creating custom solutions for each customer’s individual needs, Coreen offers an elevated experience built upon her value of trustworthiness. She has also completed Ninja Selling Training, which focuses on building relationships instead of making transactions. Her motto is “Always Choose Kindness,” and this can be seen in every facet of her work.

Coreen is passionate about helping her community; this includes giving 35% of her commission to Blaze of Hope, a local organization dedicated to granting financial assistance to families with hospitalized children. She has two children of her own, a son and a daughter, who were lucky enough to be raised in this beautiful town of Sarasota. Coreen believes she works for the best company in the business, granting her the tools necessary to find your perfect home.
