Cory Layfield works to provide buyers and sellers an unequaled customer experience and believes in the value of building relationships, the art of being well-connected, and takes great pride in his daily real estate practice. Cory grew up in NW Bradenton and is an alumnus of Manatee High School. He graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Following graduation, he relocated to New York City where he was employed by Marvel Entertainment and specialized in customer/consumer relations.

After eight successful years in the Big Apple, he decided to return to the sunshine state to utilize his customer relations skills in the real estate industry. Cory comes from a successful real estate family that has over 30 years of local experience in the industry. It was only natural that he would follow in their footsteps with the skills and knowledge he has learned over the years.

In his spare time, Cory enjoys boating, fishing, and watching his favorite Florida sports teams with his friends and family.
