As a real estate professional with Michael Saunders & Company, Cynthia specializes in luxury residences, waterfront properties, and distinctive Gulf Coast homes. She is particularly passionate about serving clients who value market expertise, attentive guidance, and a truly "white glove" experience. Her thoughtful approach combines careful listening, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every client feels informed and supported throughout the process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Cynthia built a successful career in the insurance industry, where she learned the importance of trust, exceptional client service, and helping people navigate significant financial decisions. Those experiences continue to shape her approach today, allowing her to guide clients through complex transactions with professionalism, transparency, and care. She also holds a Gold Key Certification, reflecting her commitment to excellence and elevated service standards.

Originally from Chicago, Cynthia now calls St. Petersburg home. She and her husband, Chuck, recently celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary and enjoy living at Water Club on Snell Isle, where they are surrounded by the waterfront lifestyle they love and are just minutes from two of their three children. Family remains at the center of everything Cynthia does, and she treasures time spent with her children and friends.

When she's not assisting clients, Cynthia enjoys tennis, cooking, fashion, exploring museums, and discovering new coffee shops throughout St. Petersburg. A longtime admirer of the area's vibrant culture, she especially enjoys visits to the Salvador Dalí Museum and taking advantage of the wealth of activities the Suncoast lifestyle has to offer.

Cynthia and her husband are also committed to giving back to the community through support of organizations including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's, and St. Raphael Catholic Church.
