He built his career in Palm Beach County, where he managed one of the area’s most successful real estate offices, serving more than 100 brokers and agents. After several years in Los Angeles, Dale came back to Florida and made St. Petersburg home.

Today, Dale specializes in St. Pete’s most character-rich neighborhoods: Historic Kenwood, Old Northeast, Magnolia Heights, Crescent Lake, and Historic Uptown. He also has deep experience selling and leasing at The Residences at 400 Central, downtown’s landmark luxury tower.
