As we do not currently live in Florida and are not that familiar with the area we worked with Deb for a few months by email and a few times over the phone. We found her to be patient, very informative, confident in her knowledge of the Real Estate market, and very approachable. With Deb's knowledge and expertise in this area, our complete confidence and trust in her grew very quickly. We feel like we purchased a beautiful new home in Florida. My father-in-law recently passed away and has a home in Lakewood Ranch. We have been tasked with closing out his estate which includes selling his home. Since we live up in Lutz, FL, we knew finding the right agent was going to be critical to a successful sale. Working with Deborah O'Mara to sell our home in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club was one of the best decisions we ever made.
