Dennis Schulte has been interested in real estate since he was young and became licensed when he was in college. After a notable career working as the Western US Regional Vice President of Halo, the nation’s largest promotional products distributer, he returned to his first love of real estate and started selling homes in Las Vegas in 2005. Dennis specialized in VA financing while in Las Vegas and has helped countless veterans and enlisted military with their real estate needs.

Dennis spent many years in Southwest and Central Florida before moving to Las Vegas, and he is happy to be back. He returned to the Suncoast in 2021 and joined Michael Saunders & Company as a Broker-Associate. He is eager to contribute his real estate experience, skills, and knowledge to helping residents achieve their real estate goals. Dennis particularly enjoys assisting current and retired military families in finding their dream home and loves working with waterfront properties.

With a background in marketing and advertising and his hardworking, dedicated and positive nature, Dennis has achieved a great track record of successful real estate outcomes. He is an expert at listening to customers and discerning their needs and goals and then diligently pursing them. Facilitating a rewarding real estate transaction for his customers is his primary goal. Dennis goes above and beyond for his clients and uses his market knowledge and negotiation skills to make the impossible happen, like when he helped a single mother of five whose husband abandoned her obtain a home for her and her children in 2010, at the bottom of the market.

Dennis loves living in Sarasota County and has family in the area, too. He believes the semi-tropical, lush environment, beaches, water access and friendly communities can’t be beat. A novice boater, he enjoys being on the water, biking, reading, working out and doing home restoration and remodeling.
