My family and I were faced with the problem of selling a home in Florida for a deceased relative. Not living in Florida, we had no idea of which realtor to contact to begin the process. Diane is an amazing real estate agent for luxury properties in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. She was professional from start to finish. The process started with detailed explanation of all paperwork. Her company had a photographer, videographer and drone operator take amazing photos of my property. They had flyers and maps and other information for each showing. My place looked like a model home. We had dozens of Zillow saves and showings started the next day. The offers followed quickly and we accepted. Diane continued working. She recommended contractors for a few minor repairs. The closing process was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Diane if you want someone to market your home like a pro.

My experience with selling a villa with Dianne was outstanding! After my mom passed away we decided to sell her villa and took the recommendation of one of her neighbors and contacted her. Our first meeting with Dianne was pleasant and informative. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the market. We sold quickly in a rapidly changing market (interest rates up) at a price that was better than I expected considering the market dynamics. There is a bit more to this tale.
