With a career shaped by financial services and 12 years in real estate, Don Farrelly takes a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to helping clients make informed property decisions. Specializing in the luxury market, he understands that buying or selling a home involves much more than a transaction. It requires careful listening, a clear understanding of each client's priorities and the ability to navigate challenges with confidence. Don's background in branch banking and bachelor's degree in Holistic Studies strengthened his ability to understand individual needs, establish realistic expectations and guide clients toward their goals. Grounded in honesty, compassion and respect, he believes that open communication and trust are essential to a successful real estate experience.

Originally from Chicago, Don most recently lived in Naples before settling on Venice Island with his husband, Glenn Bradley, and their three Pekingese, Ella, Ollie and Hugo. He enjoys the area, with its beautiful beaches, downtown shops and restaurants, as well as traveling and sailing along Florida's picturesque coastline. Don also appreciates the region's architectural heritage, particularly its midcentury modern design, and enjoys exploring the area's distinctive architecture. A passionate supporter of ALSO Youth, he values the organization's work providing resources, counseling and mentorship to LGBTQ+ youth.
