Born and raised primarily in Northwest Indiana, Elizabeta spent summers with family in Macedonia and also developed an early connection to Florida’s Gulf Coast. Her family maintained a vacation home in Pinellas County, where she also lived for several years as a child. She returned to the area permanently in 2016. 

Real estate was also a constant throughout her upbringing. Elizabeta watched as her parents progressed from renovating and flipping homes to building properties and investing in residential and commercial real estate. That early exposure sparked an interest that ultimately complemented her own career in financial services, where she gained more than a decade of professional experience and managed a corporate real estate portfolio.

Elizabeta holds a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Her extensive financial background provides a valuable perspective when helping clients evaluate opportunities, understand the numbers behind their decisions and navigate complex transactions. A skilled negotiator and problem-solver, Elizabeta combines that analytical approach with attentive communication and a commitment to advocating for her clients’ best interests.

Licensed in real estate since 2021, she works with residential and commercial clients throughout Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area, with particular interests in luxury residential real estate, investment properties, new development and commercial opportunities.

Fluent in English and Macedonian, Elizabeta is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®. Having traveled extensively around the world, she still considers the Gulf Coast’s sunsets among her favorites, particularly at Indian Rocks Beach and Pass-a-Grille. She also treasures time spent with her close-knit family, especially her four nieces and nephews.

Elizabeta takes time to understand each client’s individual goals and believes a successful real estate experience is built on trust, transparency and consistent communication.
