Emma Knox is a Sarasota-based Realtor who brings a thoughtful, organized approach to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. Originally from Boston, Emma relocated to the Suncoast with her husband after planning their wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the area’s coastal setting, vibrant downtown, and strong sense of community.

Emma brings a strategic, detail-oriented perspective to real estate shaped by both her education and professional background. She holds a double major along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), providing a strong foundation in negotiation, marketing, and client service. After college, Emma began working with a Boston-based software and consulting firm, supporting clients across multiple industries and helping manage complex projects—experience that strengthened her communication skills, organization, and ability to guide clients through important decisions.

Her interest in real estate began during a college internship with a Boston real estate firm, where a mentor gave her the opportunity to observe transactions and understand what it takes to successfully guide buyers and sellers through the process. That early exposure, combined with her own relocation experience, shaped her client-focused approach today.

Emma particularly enjoys helping buyers explore Sarasota’s neighborhoods and communities that best match their lifestyle—whether that means downtown living, quiet residential areas, or homes close to the water. She approaches every transaction with integrity, organization, and a commitment to ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

One of Emma’s most meaningful real estate experiences was helping her parents-in-law relocate from Westchester, New York, to Sarasota. After frequent visits, they ultimately decided to make Sarasota their permanent home. Guiding them through the search that led to a waterfront condominium near The Quay—and watching them build a new life and community here—reinforced why Emma enjoys helping others discover the lifestyle the region offers.

Outside of real estate, Emma enjoys working out, spending time with her dogs, exploring Sarasota’s restaurant scene, and working on home projects. She also has a strong interest in interior design and enjoys planning renovations and creating thoughtful living spaces in her own home.
