Gray Swor, MD brings a rare depth of experience, perspective, and integrity to Michael Saunders & Company. A longtime Sarasota resident, Gray combines decades of medical leadership, disciplined investment strategy, and deep local knowledge to guide clients through thoughtful, well-informed real estate decisions.

Originally from Virginia and relocating to Sarasota from Durham, North Carolina, Gray spent over 25 years as a Radiation Oncologist, including more than two decades serving the Sarasota medical community. Her medical career was grounded in careful listening, precision, and calm, measured decision making qualities that continue to define her approach to real estate today. In parallel, Gray has been an active property investor for more than 30 years, giving her a seasoned understanding of market cycles, value, and long-term strategy.

Gray specializes in assisting physicians and allied healthcare professionals with their real estate needs, whether transitioning to the Sarasota area, purchasing a primary or vacation residence, or building an investment portfolio. Her familiarity with the local medical community, combined with her investment background, allows her to offer insight that is both strategic and highly personalized.

Outside of real estate, Gray enjoys golf, tennis, boating, gardening, and cooking and entertaining for family and friends. She is actively involved with several charitable organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club of Sarasota, Satchel’s Last Resort, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and is a member of the Sarasota County Medical Society.
