Heather Sniffen, Realtor®Our experience with Ms. Heather Sniffen was fantastic! We searched for our home during the worst of the pandemic, long distance from Boston. Once we found one that we liked, virtually, Heather researched everything pertaining to the property, walked us through the home with her phone/video live, a couple of times. Responded to all of our needs , at all hours, helped us negotiate, advised us of all aspects of the area, and helped us close the deal! The "after sale" treatment was just as pleasant, moving in, cookies, utensils, emergency paper products and friendship! She is a jewel! And we have our dream home...

She brings a folder with all the basic details you would want when visiting a property for the first time including the listing, appraisal values, taxes, fees, market analyses, and seller disclosures.
