Hilary Broadway leads Michael Saunders & Company's Main Street office, the flagship branch of Sarasota's premier independent luxury brokerage. Since joining the firm in December of 2023, Hilary has focused on building a culture where experienced agents sharpen their craft, emerging agents accelerate their growth, and every client interaction reflects the standard of a luxury market leader.

Her approach to leadership is grounded in nearly three decades of real estate experience, including seventeen years as a top-producing Realtor and eleven years leading branches for Allen Tate Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina. Across four offices, Hilary became known for the work that happens between transactions, the coaching conversations, the strategic planning sessions, and the quiet recalibrations that move an agent from competent to exceptional. Her agents have included new licensees who became award-winning top producers, and seasoned professionals who reached new tiers of production under her guidance.

That same philosophy is shaping the Main Street office today. Since Hilary took the helm, top agents have chosen to join, and several have returned, bringing more than $120 million in recruited production since January 2024. The momentum reflects a clear and growing recognition that Main Street offers a level of leadership, professional development, and brand alignment that serious luxury agents are actively seeking.

At Main Street, Hilary leads her team through a thoughtful cadence of enrichment programming, one-on-one coaching, and small-group strategy sessions designed to elevate both production and professional presence. Her professional service has included leadership roles in state and regional Realtor associations, including the Region 8 Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Professional Standards Committee for the Canopy Realtor Association, and the Executive Board of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce, which she chaired in 2014. She is bringing that same commitment to civic and professional engagement to Sarasota.

Hilary and her husband, Greg, have made Sarasota home, while their daughter is pursuing her PhD in Psychology at the University of Memphis. Together, Hilary and Greg are often on the water with their paddle boards, at a favorite beach, or discovering a new restaurant in town.
