As a fourth-generation resident of Manatee County, Ian Schmitzerle embodies a deep-rooted passion for his community and a profound understanding of the local real estate landscape. His commitment to his clients is driven by his core values of honesty and integrity.

Ian's journey into real estate was motivated by his desire to help people find their dream homes while ensuring a positive and seamless experience. His background in retail management honed his time management skills, working with deadlines, and being accountable to his customers. His Associate’s degree in psychology helps him identify his customer’s true desires and aspirations.

Ian believes honesty, thoroughness, a genuine connection with people, and open communication are crucial to a successful real estate experience. His strategy for helping customers is to provide and facilitate the acquisition of all necessary information for customers to feel great about their decision and minimize any surprises and, therefore, stress in the transaction.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Ian volunteers with the AMI turtle watch and enjoys leisure activities such as visiting dog beaches, swimming, and traveling. He is also a member of the Bradenton Symphony Orchestra, where he showcases his musical talents as a double bassist.
