Ingrid is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She worked with me to determine where I should focus my search, she was fully engaged in the entire process and was patient until we found the perfect place for me. She truly cares about her clients and her positive energy is simply amazing. Ingrid was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process of searching for a home, negotiating a fair price and then closing on a home in Siesta Key. We were searching for from out of state so we relied on Ingrid to educate us on the market and to efficiently schedule showings. She clearly knows the market well and was incredibly responsive with all communications. We worked with Ingrid for about 3 years. We looked at many apartments together, often from afar, and she was always very knowledgeable, informative, and responsive. She got to know us well and only suggested buildings and apartments that she knew would.meet our criteria. Finally we found the right apartment for us. Plus she's a lovely person to work with. I could not have asked for a better person to help us sell our house!! Ingrid took such a personal approach, and treated this like it was her own. Being out of town through the process, we could not be involved with issues that came up. She met with contractors, coordinated with them and the city, among so may other things. She made sure the process was smooth and took every bit of stress off our shoulders. I have definitely made a life long friend!!
