James holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Alabama, a degree that has provided him with a deep understanding of people, the value of building relationships, and how to drive results—all of which are essential in real estate.
Before transitioning into real estate, James spent time in sales and marketing, where he honed his ability to listen attentively to clients’ needs and craft tailored solutions. This experience has taught him the importance of asking the right questions and deeply understanding client goals, which he applies every day to help buyers and sellers achieve their desired outcomes.
For James, a successful real estate experience means clients feel heard, valued, and confident throughout the entire process. He is driven by the goal of making home buying or selling a rewarding experience, with clear communication and attention to every detail.
Outside of work, James enjoys the beautiful Suncoast weather, often spending time outdoors golfing or taking walks. He’s a fan of Siesta Key Beach for its tranquility and breathtaking views.
