John August

John August is a superb realtor. He was infinitely patient and gracious with me despite the fact that I could not make up my mind. It is thanks to his numerous tours of Sarasota real estate with me that I have now formed an opinion of what would suit me and therefore what I hope to buy. Despite the fact that I have not (yet!) bought anything through him I would recommend him unreservedly. It was my good fortune to meet a competent and gracious gentleman.

John did a wonderful job in selling our parents' house. It was a very emotional time for my sister and myself...both parents died within weeks of each other and we needed to sell the house, which was so full of wonderful memories. John not only did a wonderful job for us from a business perspective, but he was also empathetic and understanding about our situation. Also, our out-of-state residency made it difficult for us to be "hands- on" for certain aspects of the transaction. John was there for us and took over when necessary. He's a terrific guy and he comes highly recommended by our entire family!

So where do I start ? My Wife and I started to look for retirement area on Thanksgiving week three years ago , and walked into Michael Saundars & Company office on St Armand's circle .
