John was fantastic on every front—he was attentive to every single detail of the house and purchase (including providing approved architectural plans on a historical home/location), emailing to “check-in” along the way, anticipating our questions with answers. He was extremely thoughtful (we had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room at the inn when we visited BG) and was always immediately responsive to any call or email. Even after the purchase, he has kept in touch to see if he can keep helping us in any way (since we live in Tampa). He is unquestionably a great agent and person!
