Juli Pearce

Juli was absolutely amazing!!! She went so far above and beyond my expectations for a real estate agent. Her communication with me was constant, informative and always timely and helpful. Juli really deserves 6 stars!!! She met repair workers when I couldn’t be home to meet them. She turned lights on for showings and came back and turned them off after a showing. What other agent does that!🤔😁. I can’t say enough positive things about Juli. She is incredible!!!!

Juli was excellent to work with and was very knowledgeable. She worked tirelessly and offered great advice through out the entire sales process. She stayed engaged and delivered a sale!

Juli Pearce was a joy to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable and organized. We really felt like she took time to get to know us and what we were looking for. She offered a wealth of information and answered all of our questions, even the ones we didn't think to ask! She helped us find the perfect Sarasota home for us. We highly recommend Juli to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

I highly recommend woking with Boulder based Real Estate Professional Juli Pearce. I was very impressed with Juli's knowledge & insight into the tempo of our local real estate market. We had many goals in mind when looking for our new home. With each showing variables of consideration included location, age of the home, overall floor plan room, proportions and materials to name a few. Juli was very perceptive of our priorities, needs and wishes. Juli was very patient, responsive and engaged in each step of our home buying process; our closing went very smoothly. Again I applaud Juli Pearce!

I met Juli at an open house that she and another agent from her office were hosting. The house was outside my price range and I told Juli this up front. Juli was extremely helpful answering my questions and she made a point of letting me know that she was available to show me other properties and that she would be very low-pressure. Juli was good to her word. I gave Juli a very precise list and a general price range in which I wanted to shop in what was a very hot real estate market in Boulder CO. Juli consistently sent me new listings and as I was actively looking for homes coming on the market. She was open to showing me homes I found as well. Juli really knows the Boulder market well and several times she gave me very good advice about the market specific neighborhoods and planning my [...]

Juli was patient and never lost her cool through the ups and downs during the six months it took to find our dream home. We had at least daily communications and updates throughout the process. She knew what we wanted in our mountain home and was determined to find the perfect home for us.

Juli was very knowledgeable in the competitive Boulder market. She was patient, communicated quickly and never felt pushy. She not only helped me sell my downtown home but also helped me purchase my new one. Juli works in her client's best interest throughout the whole buying/selling process.

We enjoyed working with Juli. She was very professional: thorough, timely responsive and shared valuable current market information. We listed our condo at the end of July after a downturn in the market, and Juli helped us price it right so it sold in a few weeks slightly under our asking price. Other condos in the development started higher and then took reductions several times. Juli was also our agent for purchasing a townhome. Again she helped us identify a good price for a 2 bed. We have used several other agents in the area e.g. when we purchased our home. However, we would hire Juli again for her valuable assistance including her openness and honesty in this challenging process.
