Justin Liggett serves buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Florida, with a particular focus on relocation, waterfront properties, and transactions that require careful planning and negotiation. Known for his organized, detail-driven approach, Justin helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence—especially when timelines are tight or decisions feel high-stakes.
Justin’s approach to real estate is shaped by more than a decade spent in orthopedic trauma medical device sales, where precision, preparation, and performance under pressure were essential. For 13 years, including 11 years in the highly competitive downtown Chicago market, he supported surgeons in operating rooms and negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts with major healthcare organizations. That experience sharpened his ability to manage complex situations, focus on details, and deliver consistent, dependable service—skills he now applies to every real estate transaction.
Highly organized and research-driven, Justin prioritizes clear, consistent communication so clients always understand what is happening and what to expect next. He takes the time to thoroughly evaluate each property and situation, never rushing decisions or applying pressure. His goal is to prevent small issues before they arise and to guide clients with accurate, well-informed advice based on current market conditions.
Justin is licensed in both Florida and Michigan and places a strong emphasis on continued education. He holds several professional designations, including Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Certified Waterfront Specialist (CWS), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), reflecting his commitment to staying current on industry trends, best practices, and negotiation strategies that protect his clients’ interests.
Many of Justin’s clients are relocating, purchasing from out of state, or managing transactions with compressed timelines. He values long-term relationships over individual transactions and takes pride in remaining a trusted resource well beyond the closing table—answering questions, offering guidance, and staying connected as clients settle into their next chapter.
Originally from Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University, Justin has longstanding ties to Southwest Florida, where his family has owned homes for many years. He appreciates the Suncoast lifestyle for its consistent sunshine, pristine beaches, well-maintained golf courses, and relaxed outdoor dining.
Outside of real estate, Justin enjoys traveling with his wife, Nicole, exploring new restaurants, staying active through golf, tennis, and pickleball, and pursuing interests in investing and cooking.
