Born in New York City and raised in the Berkshires in Lee, Massachusetts, Karen Pflueger lived in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire for 18 years before relocating to the Sarasota area in 1999. She currently resides in the Lakewood Ranch Country club, where she specializes in residential properties located throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton.

With a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a master’s degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York, Karen brings a diverse background to her career as a Realtor. This includes having owned and operated a property management company in New Hampshire and her position in property investment and management in Sarasota from 1999 – 2004. After earning her Florida real estate license in 2005, Karen worked for Lakewood Ranch Realty and Prudential Lakewood Ranch Realty before joining Michael Saunders & Company in 2011.

Karen has completed the required training to obtain the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), Real Estate Owned (REO) and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations.
