Outside of real estate, Kathleen enjoys reading, writing, and cooking. A resident of Nokomis for the past six years, Kathleen has embraced Florida's Suncoast lifestyle and enjoys sharing her appreciation for the area's beautiful beaches, vibrant restaurants, unique shops, and welcoming community with her customers.
Originally from New Jersey, Kathleen spent many years helping others as a registered nurse in an emergency room setting. Her healthcare background taught her the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, remaining calm under pressure, and treating others with compassion and respect—qualities that continue to guide her real estate practice today.
With six years of real estate experience, Kathleen is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's most important decisions.
