Kathy Cipolla is a dedicated real estate professional serving buyers and sellers throughout Florida’s Suncoast, with particular experience in relocation, new construction, first-time home purchases, and the unique needs of military families. Friendly, dependable, and highly organized, Kathy is a thoughtful listener and clear communicator who stays focused on the details, keeps the process moving, and makes her clients’ needs a priority from start to finish.

As the spouse of a 32-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Kathy spent 25 years navigating military life across eight states and two countries. Having experienced numerous moves herself, she understands both the practical details and personal considerations involved in relocating and establishing a home in a new community. Kathy is a Certified Military Specialist with U.S. Military on the Move and a Certified VA Loan Agent, providing additional knowledge and resources when assisting active-duty military members, veterans, and their families.

Kathy’s professional background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an experience that strengthened the organization, attention to detail, and care for others that continue to shape the way she works today. Whether helping clients explore their options, understand the buying or selling process, or manage the many details of a move, Kathy believes in communicating openly, following through, and making sure her clients feel informed and supported from beginning to end.

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Kathy now calls Englewood home with her husband, Mark, a retired USAF veteran who serves as general manager of Escape Coastal Resort and Marina in Nokomis on Casey Key. She is happiest when she is spending time with her two sons Matthew and Mark Jr. and her daughter-in-law, Hannah. She loves the Suncoast’s relaxed coastal atmosphere, abundance of beaches, fresh seafood, and seemingly endless places to explore.

Outside of real estate, Kathy enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, cooking and baking, reading, visiting the Disney parks, and walking the beach in search of shark teeth for her collection. She is also a member of CenterPointe Christian Church in Venice and supports ChildFund International, sponsoring a child in Sierra Leone and helping provide resources for education and basic needs.
