We give Kathy 5 stars. We are VERY picky (skeptical even) when it comes to real estate “services”. Kathy is good. Very good. She earns her stripes when it comes to grasping a situation and communicating properly in a sales negotiation. We have even contacted her after the sale and she has proven to give reliable information time and again -and if she doesn’t have a resource to offer she says so (although this is rare). Highly recommend.

Kathy was fantastic. She was the selling broker, and we were the buyer. Kathy navigated things beautifully to make the deal happen. Our conversations with Kathy went from March through getting the deal done in November. Our broker was not from Anna Maria so we have relied on Kathy to better understand Anna Maria, potential contractors, restaurants to try, finding a good fishing boat guide and on and on. Kathy has become a trusted broker, even though we were not her client. We had breakfast with her recently. If we do any more buying and selling on the island, it will be with Kathy! Bravo!

Our experience with Kathy Harman was definitely the best one in many ways. We had listed our house with another real estate agent and it had been on the market for over 250 days. We approached Kathy by phone since we reside in Canada and had a couple of discussions with her prior to signing up with Kathy and Michael Saunders. We had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with Kathy ! From our first hello to our parting goodbye at the closing ! We met with and hug and left with a hug !! She is truly amazing. In fact my husband and I joked SHE was the reason we bought on AMI haha.
