A former school teacher, Judy Arreola graduated from Wheelock College in Boston, Massachusetts, and relocated to the Sarasota area by way of Venezuela, California and Rochester, New York. After starting her real estate career in 1984, Judy has become one of the top Realtors in the nation and among the top 1 percent in Sarasota. Her valued accomplishments in real estate have garnered her some of the area’s most prestigious awards, including Sarasota Magazine’s Five-Star Agent for Best in Customer Satisfaction and Hunt Real Estate ERA's Jim Jackson Award, the company’s highest honor given for outstanding customer service and superior performance nation wide. Her education credentials include: Licensed Real Estate Broker, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Leadership Training Graduate (LTG), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Born and Raised in Joliet, Illinois, Kristina Talkie relocated to Siesta Key in 2001 and earned her real estate license in 2003. Previously with HUNT Real Estate Era, Kristina has been awarded with numerous prestigious accolades for her exceptional performance, including Top Producer, Beyond Excellence, Outstanding Sales Performance for six consecutive years, and Top Team Award for closed sales. With a background in new construction properties and specialized training in international collection marketing, Kristina has completed the requirements for the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is candidate to be a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
