Larry was such a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our new family home. Throughout the whole process he was kind, patient, knowledgable, and genuinely interested in our family's best interest. We are thankful to have found a great realtor who is also a wonderful person.

We are fortunate to have worked with Larry Cushing in the sale of our first home in the Cascades and the purchase of our second house in the same community. Larry found the perfect house we were looking for while we were in NJ and walked through the house with us on face time. He was invaluable in facilitating our purchase of the house. We relied on his expertise and his judgment. He then listed our original house for sale. Because we were in NJ he and his wife staged the house for sale.
